Overview

The customer approached with a challenge to increase treatment adherence of multiple myeloma patients. The treatment is a complicated regime and there's a need for re-submitting the PBS reimbursement during the treatment, a deal breaker for most cases. Apart from that, the customer need to establish a system where patients can track and report side effects during the treatment.

My Role

I'm responsible for every aspects of the design in the project. To understand what our end product is going to support, I visualised the full treatment cycles into timelines to get a granular view of the scope. User flows are also created to indicate multiple treatment types, from the beginning to the end of treatments. 

The Result

The end solution focused on clear navigations and to minimise the need for patients or carers data entry during the treatment. The 'Today' view is the single point to keep track of daily medications and the days of treatment the patient is at.
